Sweat Shops

When you pull on that pair of Nike boots, shoes or hoodie , do you take time, to think of the ones who made it for you? Let me say, your answer is most likely "No I just felt tired, so I threw on what was Warm, on this cold day". So no, you did not think of the ones that made the clothing article on your body. Well let me tell you the facts. The percentage of clothes that come from sweat shops and the amount that comes from factories..
Sweat Shop Made Clothing = 60%
Industry Made Clothing = 40%

That's right, sixty percent of clothing we wear, is most likely made , in developing countries, where works are usually below the age of twelve, or older. They get rediculous wages, usually 2$ for every fifty-one hundred pairs of socks or shoes they make. However these big issues, arising there are some reports that some sweat shop workers, are in better living standards, -working in the shops- then they would be out on the streets. That may be, but do you really feel alright, wearing clothes that little kids, in developing countries make for you to wear, for less then a quarter of your daily wage?.. I know I sure don't feel good, but will I continue wearing them? yes, because I like the style of my clothes, however perhaps in the future I will figure out ways to stop this habit, and maybe raise awareness for such things, but untill that day... pfft, let someone else deal with it, yes It may sound cruel, yet everybody on this planet has had that attitude at one point or another. Admit it, you don't care what happens to the ones who make your clothes, because it isn't you in that position, being paid under wage, most likely living poorly, being sexually assualted and worked like a dog, But that isnt for me to say to you. I'll not judge you, I'm just throwing that out there for you to think about..

Just remember next time you go throw on that Nike , or Chucks Converse, pair of shoes that the appearence may be more different then you think, not everything is what meets the eyes of Humanity.

Stereotypes & Being Stereotyped

What do you think when people label you? because basically that's all that stereotyping is. It's when people expect you to be something, or something your not, based on your appearance, and or looks/attitude. It's stupid, in my humble opinion. Why label someone for the way they dress or act? who are we to judge those, who are not us? Why should humanity care what there neighbor is dressed in this morning? Who cares, it is not you, who should be labeling or submitting your opinion to the way the dress. Do you believe in God? I'm talking Jesus Christ? in the bible it clearly states that it is Gods, job and position to Judge man. That every man has an appointment with death, shortly after, is the Judgment of there Sins. See, there is the point, leave judging to God, and those who have the ability to do so. Stereotyping someone based on there appearance is seriously a bad thing, how do you know that the big, built "body building" man in the corner isn't a soft , cuddly bear, who is politer then the old lady next door? I'll tell you how, YOU DON'T. So it's better to not stereotype someone. How many ways is there to get this point across?.. 800...to 1000 words? what do you want me to say. I could repeat myself? over and over again, but what would that accomplish hmm?.. that's right, I was right, nothing!
Let me say, how would you feel if you dressed "Scene, or in a Football jersey, and I shouted at the Scene kid "your Emo!" or to the sports fan "your team sucks!". What if that person isn't really an "Emotional kid?" what if they just dress that way to express themselves? what if the person wearing the jersey, doesn't really like having a passion for the NFL
maybe there just wearing the jersey because they had there other normal clothes in the wash bin today?. So that is a standard opinion to why people who Stereotype others are shallow, and usually dull minded, and will get no-where in life. Just remember, that the man selling stocks of baked goods, could really be a movie producer, with a part time job as a hobby..Never Judge A Book By It's Cover..were done here.. like normal feel free to comment below.

Super-Models & Their Eating Habits

Super-Models, are the above standard women, or rather "Ladies" who get dressed up in expensive dresses, or great "fashionable" outfits, and walk down the stage, or catwalk, While countless camera's flash in their eye's. Yet, the media broadcasts, over the Internet, news and radio, that ladies should all look like these models. That they should be pencil slim, have sleek features and be beautified with jar, after jar of make-up and toner. Yet do they share what else these so called models, do, to get there bodies to that tone? that sleek, slim appearance isn't all it appears to be.
Let me share with you why, super models are partially a lie, in my opinion, but also why what the media shares, is also incorrect.
First off, the models get so slim, not by pills, not by med, but by throwing up there food, or by just declining to eat there everyday food, so in English - they starve themselves. Do Super Models, really need to do that to themselves for the sake of beauty?.. I'll let you decide that for yourself.
However it is not only the Super Model's faults here, remember that most if not all Super Models hire coaches, or trainers to help them keep slim. But the coaches or trainers tell there Models, that every time they see them that they need to get thinner, or that they look fat. That being told to them day after day after week after week, eventually hints to the Models that they are actually way to overweight, obese.. yet they are probably only 110 pounds, maybe even ninety, who knows, but when there coaches tell them things such as that, it gets to there heads, and they begin super starving themselves by not eating. Therefore there body eats them inside out and they become anorexic. Also there is another word for it, that I don't quite remember, but it is also a form of disease. So the pretty Models, aren't all that meets the viewers eyes. So there not truly Models, but walking disease, and eating disorders. But, if the public truly wants those Models, then I am all for it.. *hint hint*...Sarcasm.
There eating habits aren't any better either, they eat like a piece of bread or four crackers with cheese, if they choose to eat at all. Not what a normal Canadian or American, would call a meal, or daily value of nutrition, now is it?..
I've even heard of places such as Sweden, and Germany, that ban too skinny or underweight models from walking in the show. Because it promotes unhealthy influences to the women of Canada and other places, that watch the show that they need to look like that, therefore turning them too into these Anorexic slim Models, with eating disorders..So with that point, some Models are actually obese women. That's right, which in a way promotes unhealthy habits on there part too.. What is the media coming to..?
But anyways.. my opinion on this issue is to just scratch the whole plan. Just no longer have these "so called fashion models and shows" because it not only promotes unhealthy habits to the women viewing but also it gets to the heads of the models and there coaches and the judges, the whole thing is a big misunderstanding that leads to ... well maybe death who knows.. I think it's unhealthy and I'll leave it at that.
What do you think about Super-Models and Their Eating Habits?..
